Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

Greg from Roto-Rooters came to our house and was extremely courteous, respectful and overall amazing. He helped us with our toilet and I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Ceiling leak emergency, called the emergency line last night was given an appointment last night that was then cancelled, then rescheduled to this morning between 8-10, no one called or showed up so we called the local office which then informed us the window was between 8-12, so we waited longer, then received a call saying that no technician was available until next week. Why would you schedule a service appointment for an emergency if there was no tech available. We could have taken care of this last night. We are without water and have a bowing living room ceiling. I never write bad reviews but for this I will make an exception. This is unacceptable customer service. I am not HAPPY!!!

I don’t often review companies but I had a great experience with these guys. Had a backup in my plumbing, they were out within an hour and a half, figured out the problem and no charge since it wasn’t something they could take care of tonight. I will definitely use them again.

Though job done well, quote was straight up lie. I made clear shower drain only problem. I was told price between approx $100 if simple, approx $300 if complicated. Problem was just hair ball which came out easily and was presented with bill just below, $300. I was outraged as was easiest possible job. Worker told me this was minimum charge for shower drain and that office misquoted all of the time. Will not use again.
