The crew was professional and efficient and the work was completed at the bid price. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to do a big plumbing job. Cannot say enough good about Eric and this company. Had a problem that another plumber completely screwed up. Royal Flush, though busy, had an opening and came out sooner than we expected. Eric was late because of a problem at another job, but found a problem that had literally just happened, diagnosed our original problem, and stayed late to fix it all and clean up the mess the other company made. When he needed supplies he did not have on his truck, the owner of the company brought it out to him so they could finish up that same day, plus cleaned up after themselves. Excellent people. You cannot go wrong with them.

We would HIGHLY recommend Royal Flush to anyone looking for fair quotes, integrity and efficiency. We received a very competitive quote from Mike for a sewer line replacement. He called back in 5 mins, and made it out to the house same day to assess the work. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and process to replace. We were sold on the quick turn around and 10 year warranty. While the line was being replaced we found the water main was rusted out and leaking. Mike cleared his schedule for the next day and completed that unforeseen job in a single day so we could get the house on the market. While the issues we faced were upsetting, the assistance Royal Flush provided made the process as painless as possible.

Not sure what is going on with this company, but my husband called to have someone come and give us a quote almost two weeks ago and they've pretty much ignored him. He waited a day for the bidder to get back to him, and when they didn't, he called the company back again and was told the bidder is too busy. We still haven't heard back. I guess they don't want business. I'm actually glad they never called back because if this is how they treat potential customers, I imagine they don't have much respect for their actual paying customers.
