I wish I could give less than a one star rating. While the plumber they sent to do the work was friendly and knowledgeable the management staff has no idea what they are doing and continues to pass blame to anyone else. Over a year ago I requested a water heater install and asked about (and was quoted) prices for both traditional and tankless. After I decided on the tankless option we proceeded to upgrade the electrical based upon the specs supplied by the plumber. Shortly after completing the electrical upgrade I was informed by MP that they had spec'ed and quoted me a heater that wasn't adequate and that I would need to spend an additional $400 on a larger system as well as upgrade the electrical system for larger capacity (they did, begrudgingly, pay for the electrical upgrade.) Finally, after 6 months of excuses, they installed the water heater and the first thing we noticed is that it is still not big enough to fill our bathtub. I've spent the past six months calling the office every week or two trying to get a solution with no luck until finally today I was told that they've done all they can and no longer feel any responsibility toward their clients. I can not describe how frustrating it has been to deal with these folks for the last year and can honestly say that I would suggest a basement full of sludge is preferable to any further interaction with these "professionals."
