Missed two appointments to get to my house, when they finally did come they barely looked at or troubleshot anything and just told me I need a new A/C. 3 weeks later still waiting to hear back from them on when it's going to be installed. When you get a hold of the right guy things seem ok, but they never returned my phone calls. 2 more weeks (total 5 from original appt) and I gave up and called another company who said it was an easy and inexpensive fix, that didn't require $50 let alone a new system.
