Jimmy was the most polite and helpful young man. He quickly assessed and fixed our problem. I have to honestly say, all the techs I have dealt with from Norman Heat and Air are top quality and Jimmy was no exception. I love the text message and picture we receive prior to his visit. It makes me feel safe knowing that the tech arriving at my door is legitimate.

Wow! Talk about customer service. Jimmy was absolutely great! Called them after hours... sent Jimmy within 20 minutes. He quickly figured out the issue (capacitor)...replaces it and told me to call him later if there were any issues. He’s great! Norman Heating and AC is great. Highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Norman Heating & Air Conditioning. They were quick to schedule an appointment and were really flexible in when I could get seen (pretty much same day at a time that was convenient for my work schedule). Their communication was perfect (phone call to schedule, email to confirm, text to let me know when they were on their way, and a tracker to see where they were at in relation to my home. Matt was my technician and he was really patient, kind, and made sure to explain what was happening. It never felt like he was trying to oversell me on anything or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about what was going on. He was a great representative of the company and even changed my filter at no cost so I didn't have to run to the store to get a new one. I liked them so much I will be having them come back twice a year to check my heating and air conditioner to make sure they are operating as best as possible. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Jimmy was fabulous. I have many kiddos here at home with me as well as three dogs. I know nothing of air conditioning units or furnaces. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable. He did not seem to be in a hurry and had a positive and kind attitude, even after fixing the unit outside on a 100 degree day.

Great service and work, as usual! Paul was my technician today. Quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part with him and made the repair to my old, but still sturdy water heater. Fair price. Good work. Go Paul! Go Norman Heating & Air!
