Called and had an appointment setup for Wednesday and never got a call. Called back on Friday and they made an excuse that their system doesn’t update their “agenda” sometimes. They said they could get someone out that day and they would call me 20min before and I never received a call that someone was going to show up or reschedule or anything. Stay away and don’t spend your money with these people that waste your time.

I've used Quest several times and have had very positive experiences. They provide great customer service and reliable work.

It's sad that we live in a world where a company's employees talk down and mock a military veteran for assuming that I don't work just because I am home on new year's eve. The company had nothing to do with my unit but took upon themselves to be condescending towards me for enjoying my morning. Not to mention that they have zero warning to homeowners about shutting off our water on a holiday which speaks volumes more about how considerate they really are. Then there was the amount of loud obscene language around children and general noise disturbances that they seemed to not care. Also parked there vehicle in a reserved handicap spot twice instead of visitors as requested by the property manager. If you can deal with all these issues and not getting a good deal and afterwards your building has the stench of second hand smoke then be my guest. I wouldn't endorse them and I am a businessman who would never allow myself to be represented in such a unprofessional manner. Just my opinion but I enjoy being successful and a good reputation.

Fast, very affordable, dependable and just plain good. Had a Sunday afternoon plumbing emergency and were not a previous customer. called the number and Ken was here an hour later to put an interim fix In place. Back right when he said he would on Monday with new parts for the permanent fix. It was a great experience and their rates, particularly for a Sunday, were amazingly affordable!
