All American Plumbing

All American Plumbing had installed a tank-less water heater and it was after warranty however, I had just started here at my company and was trying to fix all the mistakes by EVERY single contractor including All American Plumbing, I reached out to Mike numerous times and NOTHING, sorry it's out of warranty is what his answer was, nothing about ya let me come look at it etc. I had Airco even involved where they spoke with Steve and he told Airco that he would make a trip the next day to look at it and you wouldn't guess what happened a NO SHOW, no CALL nothing. Don't use them because they do not believe in GREAT Customer Service. I have never had an issue with just asking someone to just come look at it and let us know what you think we should do or help we aren't for sure the route to go. They are the only ones that would not respond to emails after just telling me sorry its out of warranty even after Steve saying to Airco that he would make a trip out to my company. I wouldn't use All American Plumbing AT ALL!!!!!! If you can't have GREAT customer service you shouldn't be in business. I even had the engeinnering firm confirm the tank less water heater was NOT the correct one that was approved and Mike couldn't find the documents supporting that. Why wouldn't you have documents saved even after 2years etc.

They did a good job the first time they came out. There were some complications so the owner said he'd give me half off on pumping my septic out next time he came out. Though they did give me half off on the pumping of my septic, they only pumped the gray water and not the solids THAT FILL TWO THIRDS OF THE TANK. This company seemed ok at first but I wouldn't suggest them unless it's an emergency.
