Gary has built a wonderful plumbing business in our community over the years. Gr8 staff Donnie, Don, jason and crew are all very reliable and treat people w respect. You can use this company with confidence...5 Stars in my book!!

We had a huge plumbing problem all tubs and toilets and sinks which they came out and ran cable which they "fixed" the problem, three days later we are still having the same issues. We called them back to tell them we are still having the same issues which they replied "it was flowing when we left". All they did was push the clog farther down. And when we told them this they basically said not our problem. Understand you got it working but at the same time your fix stops working three days after, you didn't fix it..and your still charging to do it..never again.

I contacted them weeks ago to get an estimate for sewer repair. They returned my call several weeks later to ask what I needed. They took my information & said they would get back to me with an estimate. After waiting several weeks to hear from them, I called Donnie & left a message asking if they had my estimate or if they weren’t interested in doing the work. He never even had the courtesy to return my call. If their work is anything like their customer service...BEWARE!!!

Donny, the manager, was super nice, and made sure everything was to go as planned and took the time to explain everything on my septic system, which is brand new to me. I used to live in the city Josh and Aaron installed the piping. Josh was also very polite and explained how everything works and what to do in the future with the septic system. Overall, a wonderful experience, worth every cent! There are so many plumbing people who don't know what their doing and it's very frustrating, but ROTO ROOTER is the best around and they have me as a lifetime patron. Thanks guys:)

They did a great job for me. Josh, the guy who came out and took care of us was awesome. Even though he had to come out twice he was very friendly and thorough.
