Scheduled a appointment for friday on Tuesday. Said he would be there in the afternoon, never showed or called to tell me of any changes. I call to follow up on how inspection went on monday. Tells me he's too full and will have to push it back to the end of the week. After telling me the first conversation that friday will work. Just tell the truth next time if your schedule is full ahead of time.
He came out the day after we called him and did a great job. Helped us solve our problem and had the best price of everyone we called.
