The metal P-trap under my kitchen sink finally failed yesterday, thanks to hard water corrosion. I am grateful to Cherokee Plumbing for making room in their schedule to get my sink back into draining order by noon today. Vance and Aaron were professional, called before they came, and arrived when I was told to expect them. I will definitely use Cherokee Plumbing in the future!

I wish I had a good experience with this company. But if you have alot of work to be done Beware. He will tell you one price which I paid then he made a mistake which he said he did and wanted to charge me $1100.00 more. What a ripe off, we agreed to a price but he didn't deserve it. Dont use them.

I used Cherokee Plumbing based on recommendations from the Nextdoor App. I called them to get a quote on a new water heater with a circulating pump. Within a few hours, Collin called and we discussed what I wanted over the phone. He provided a rough estimate based off that conversation but said I could request a formal quote if I called into the office. I did and had two guys out the same day to provide a quote. The quote was the best of the all the ones I had received, so I used them. I got on the schedule, but they called and had an earlier opening, so they got to my home within a couple days of my original call! The staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend them for your plumber and will be using them again. Nice job Cherokee Plumbing! Glad to have found you.

Hands down the best company in town! I appreciated how efficient they were, not wasting my time and calling back promptly! What a breath of fresh air! They fixed my pilot light in a snap!
