Service exceeds valve! Very Professional as well as personable and friendly. Came out when they said that would and corrected the problem quickly. They stayed to verify everything was working properly also. These folks know what they are doing. We are thankful we called A-Mac.
Called for assistance on a Saturday on a backed up toilet, charged $600 to fix it. Problem was still there Sunday. Called back and had them return Tuesday. Not only did they not stand by their work, they charged another $600 to fix what they failed to the first time. When asked about why it was $1200 to fix a toilet that, total, took 3 hours over 2 days, they gave no answer except “It was the house’s fault.” Continued to ask why they refused to stand by $600 worth of work and how $1200 for a clogged toilet was acceptable, he called me “lazy, disgusting, and obviously a couch potato slob.” Yes, this is the owner by the way. Completely unprofessional customer service and fairly inept at his chosen profession.
