Another great service by John Stevenson Plumbing & Air. We moved into our home a year ago and needed our summer service. So happy we did, otherwise it could have been a hot summer. Pedro fine tuned and upgraded our systems by removing corroded capacitors and plugs to our units. Now them hum and keep us cool. I highly recommend John Stevenson for any service. Quality and customer service, superb experience.

First of all, I'm not dissatisfied with the repair job that was performed. I am not happy with the flat rate charge that I paid. I showed the technician where the leak was and had the area exposed for ease of repair. The job entailed replacing two feet of copper pipe and adding two couplers. The same type of repair was done about a week ago, but was under the mobile home. The repair tech had to find the leak and do the repair in some muddy area. That job cost me about $130. Granted that the second repair was done on a Saturday and I expected to pay a weekend rate, but not $503. Well, I should be more careful who I contract with.

Great company. My A/C was out yesterday, called them the next am and the repair person was out that same day. Heat wave in San Diego. I was surprised by the very quick service, because all the A/C guys are very busy right now. Found a short in a wire and fixed it immediately. The unit is 20 years old. My previous experience with this company was also positive. They repaired 2 twenty year old high-end Jado shower valves that 2 other plumbers told us could not be repaired. In the past, they also cleaned out our outside and inside A/C units including filters at reasonable cost.

We had our Water Heater go out over the Fourth of July weekend. After determining that it was still under warranty we had to go through a few extra steps to get a replacement. Joe, the Field Supervisor took extraordinary measures to get us back up and running by mid-day on Saturday. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. Our A/C was not working when we returned from a weeklong trip back to the East coast Saturday night. John Stevenson was the only company open on Sunday morning. Our daughter is medically fragile and we really can not be without A/C during the summer. Our tech, Cameron G., was prompt, professional and courteous.
