This has been the best experience with a company we have ever had in our 50 plus years of marriage. From Vincent to Eric and his whole crew this was a very difficult project for everyone. They handled it with the utmost care and concern for us. The professionalism of everyone at Sherlock is the most outstanding we have ever experienced. They walked us through the entire process with a smile and a attitude of positivity. I cannot recommend this company more highly, any service you need for air conditioning or Plumbing I say Sherlock all the way.

Communication from Robert is concise and very helpful to let the customer know exactly whats to be expected as to appointment, costs and arrival time The customer will also receive a text with a picture of the Technician who is arriving to your home Bill was our Technician & arrives exactly on time and took the time patiently. to answer our questions, he is a very efficient & competent worker and communicates in a friendly manner to make the customer feel involved in the repair and gain an understanding of the problem(s) & solution(s) to the repair(s) We didn't know who to call when our A/C wasn't working and also feeling apprehensive of costs, and work ethic, Sherlock A/C will now be our company and highly recommend them.

Had a “well baby check” of my HVAC which Sherlock had installed almost 10 years ago. Derrick the technician was polite, professional, and proficient. He checked out my entire system and left with recommendation that the compressor vanes be cleaned to promote efficiency. I watched the entire process which was careful and thorough.
