Rich & Co. did an OUTSTANDING job replacing old galvanized plumbing throughout my kitchen. They were very careful and meticulous in their operation, especially as they sawed through my hardwood and hammered through the slab...all while keeping the remaining space and cabinets in great shape. This was not an easy job and very stressful at times, but they assured me not to worry and they get it handled. I HIGHLY recommend using American Leak, no matter how difficult or stressful the job. True professionals!

They were great. From the first time I spoke with Rhiannon till Rich left I found them to be very professional and up front about their services and what to expect. Rich found the leak and put an X on the spot and when he excavated the concrete it was in the exact spot he marked. I was very amazed.

Honestly the review should be zero. The customer service was absurd in its ignorance. We had a leak under the floor and when the technician came out he was asked not to use the meter but to turn it off at the water heater. He did not, he turned it off at the meter and denies doing so now. The company acknowledged that there would be no reason that he wouldn't use the meter as that is standard practice. A pipe at the water meter has broken and after taking the city two months to determine it was not on their end but ours, as a result of the plumber turning off the water at the meter, we contacted ALD and have been given a constant run around. At first it was that we should have contacted them when it first happened, but we explained we thought the meter was the city's domain. Weather severely delayed the city being able to check. We were then told that they were struggling to understand what exactly the problem was but would come out only if we paid them more money. Finally they stated they wanted a letter from the city and may consider doing something but it was unlikely. This is why we will be sticking to local places like Gregg Mechanical and Plumbing in Owasso! They are so much better!

ALD technician was very efficient in locating a difficult and hard to access leak. Technician was professional & proficient. Recommended.
