I called B&R plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and Randy called back. After hearing my tale of woe, he came over to the house, after hours! He fixed us up so we could use the "facilities". He came back Friday morning to finish up with a new flange AND he cleaned the "bowl", all while being very nice. Should anyone mention plumbing, I'll give them Randy's name and phone number. Great Plumber, Great Guy. Update: Well, had to call Randy again. This time to track a wily leak. In this case, the hunt meant getting under the house through the kitchen floor. Didn't slow Randy a bit. He not only caught the wily hot water spewing leak, but he tamed it as well. He also put the kitchen floor back to rights after the capture.
