Jean's Plumbing

I will absolutely use Jean’s Plumbing again and again. When you call Jean’s Plumbing you will actually be talking to Jean. No, that doesn’t mean this is a one person outfit. Jean is running the business, taking calls, scheduling, ordering what’s needed, hiring the best people, etc. I hired Jean’s to replace two “builder grade” toilets in my newer home. I told Jean from the start that my main concern with having new toilets put in was ending up with some inferior low-flow nonsense that would require multiple flushes or clog up. Jean was on the same page and had the perfect recommendation. She even suggested an option I didn’t know was out there; I am taller and there is a Mansfield model toilet that sits up higher than the standard ones. The crew showed up on time, worked clean and fast. I also asked if they could take a look at a garden hose faucet that was slightly leaking. This would be the opportunity for someone dishonest to say you need a new faucet and add more money to the bill. They simply tightened things up and there was no charge. The toilets are great and can handle anything you throw at them. If you are searching for a plumber, checking reviews, add this five star review to the stack and just give Jean a call already!

I heard about Jean's through a relative who had nothing but good to say about their work. I hired them to take a look at several plumbing issues at my grandmother's house, which was built in the 1940's. The plumbers from Jean's fixed both issues (which I would categorize as fairly major) for $230. When we mailed payment to them, we accidentally and unknowingly sent them a check for $250, and they then sent us back a check for the $20. I won't ever call anyone else for plumbing work in OKC. That kind of service and integrity, combined with their very reasonable prices, is world class.
