He was quick and very pleasant also thorough in explaining the process & next steps to take. Price was way better than anyone else I called & came out the same day. Wish most companies were as easy to work with as these folks were. Went above and beyond to get a hold of my home warranty company to ensure I was reimbursed (like multiple phone calls and after hours) and then very quickly got the job done. Thanks so much! Will use you guys forever.

Last week my aerobic septic alarm went off I called these guys and they came out while I was at work called and told me my pump was bad the guy told me he pulled the pump and it was burnt up on the bottom said it would be 2500 for a new pump installed with a 2 year warranty so I told my wife to pay the 175 dollar service charge all she had was 200 cash and never received change . I called j&t services they came out and said the pump has never been pulled so the drained the tank pulled the pump installed a new one same 2 year warranty for 1100 dollars these guys are shady I wouldn't recommend them by the way for anyone reading this it was 485 dollars to pump the entire system on a 2000 gallon tank not 1000 like these guys and the pumps are nowhere near 1500 do some research people please I learned the hard way

Excellent work! I called at 8am on Monday morning. Jerry and his team were onsite at 9:30am. They found several issues that needed to be corrected with my tank and lateral lines. He walked me through each issue and several options for correcting. I told him I wanted the system brought up to standards and fixed the right way! That is what they did. They showed up and had everything replaced and cleaned up my yard by 3:30pm the same day. Anytime Septic is very knowledgeable, responsive, and cost effective. Thank you for being honest and giving me comfort that my septic system is no longer an issue!
