Had plugged kitchen drain on a Friday. Thankfully Scott was available and came right out. They rooted the kitchen and laundry. Asked them to do some prophylactic on rest of the drains into the septic tank. Good thing, they found some roots! Prompt, courteous and fast, less than 45 mins. Relief, would recommend them for fast roto rooting... Anytime :-)

So I call to get a plumber to come look at a sewer leak, and while talking to the lady she I mention it's a tenant staying at the location and she tells me after I mention that they require payment before the job is done. I tell her that they will be paid and throughout the conversation she keeps mentioning that they need to be paid before the job is done about four or five more times so after I get frustrated with her since I've repeated 3 times they will get paid I ask her if she wants me to call another plumber I said I had the money and they would be paid. A man in the background proceeds to shout out f him and f that mother f er and several other obscenities and continues on his rampage. I would not recommend, extremely rude and just want your money.
