They got to our house quickly, were honest and efficient with the quote (which was free), and had us fixed within an hour total I think. Our technician was extremely polite and did great work! The price was also about what we were expecting for the work, which was a sink/disposal hook up with pipes needing to be moved. If we ever have other issues we will for sure call Bailey Brothers again!

Anthony did an outstanding job unclogging a drain that we were having problems with. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He took extra time the others had not taken in the past to make sure it was clear. Thank you Anthony for an outstanding job.

Had a problem with the air conditioning ducts in the crawl space of a house and had difficulty finding companies that would come out to check it but Mike with Bailey Brothers was able to come the same day to diagnose the problem. What's more their quote to fix it was much less than another company's quote, plus they were able to schedule the repair sooner! Mike communicated the issues and what he did to repair it very timely and clearly. Now the air flow is working and the house is being cooled in the hottest part of the summer!

Excellent customer service and professionalism!! Initially, I scheduled an appointment on Friday morning with Jeremy for a free estimate to replace my water heater on Saturday, but before my appointment, overnight, a terrible gushing leak occurred and I had to have OKC water come turn off the supply. The next day when Jeremy from Bailey Brothers called to let me know he was coming over, I let him know about the leak and how flustered I was by these consecutive water related problems in my older home. Jeremy calmly and professionally crawled under my house, found the leak, explained the problem, gave me a most reasonable quote and repaired it promptly! Then, we discussed the best plan of action for me (considering my financial options) to have my hot water tank replaced. Once again, Jeremy considerately listened to me, and then gave me a most reasonable quote.

We had called one business and they did not answer or return our call. We had called another business but they could not come until next week. We call Bailey Brothers and they had a technician on site at 3:00 pm -when they said they would be, today. I was expecting to replace big parts, the tech found that the problem was just a minor part. He fixed us up promptly and gave nothing but first class service. Thanks Carlos.
