This all started the morning of 11-7-2018. Got a call from a renter saying the hot water wasn't working. So we called Logue plumbing 11-7-2018. They returned our call in a timely fashion the next morning (11--2018). My wife explained to them we were on the way to a Drs appointment and would be back in an hr and a half. As Logue said payment was due at time of service, then the lady on the phone said if it was something small they would bill us and if it needed a new water heater or something big payment would be due at timer of service. Logue went over and we never got a call so figured it was something small we were getting billed. Today, 11-8-2018 my wife gets a call from Logue saying they put in a new water heater and it would be $917. Says they called 11-7-2018 in the evening to tell us AFTER it had already been installed. Which I have phone records to PROVE they DID NOT call. This is not the way business is conducted. It doesn't matter if you got told we had the money and it had to be fixed because it's for renters. You told us payment was due at time of service for something big and you did 900 worth of work and billed the owner because you took advantage of the fact you knew the owner had the money. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Do NOT use Logue plumbing for ANY reason. Also, we talked to the renters who were there, the installer tried the thermocouple and said it didn't work and told them he would be back. At that point we should have gotten a call, which Logue says they did call but AFTER the install. And as I said my phone records prove otherwise. The service itself may have been good but the customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE LOGUES PLUMBING.
