Great Service and Great People

They did some work rerouting a gas line at my house that was cheaper than all the other companies in town which was positive at first. However in the process an item was stolen from my outdoor area, and there is a very small gas leak where the pipe was hooked back up, had them out twice to find it and they couldn't and its been leaking ever since. On a separate occasion recently I had an apt. for a larger leak (with a flame) in a pipe and they missed their appointment and I called several times and they never answered and do not have a voicemail set up to leave a voicemail.

I've dealt with plumbers, electricians, etc. and it always seems to be rude and far too assertive people coming in to my home and doing what they want on their time. However this team of knowledgeable experts worked with my schedual and did exactly what i asked. A Mikey Henson came to work, get it done quickly, and smile wide with customer care. couldnt be happier!!!
