This is the former Mr. Rooter franchise. Still the best in the area. Would recommend over any other services in Southeast Oklahoma. Grade "A" work and customer service. Ignore the bad reviews and see for yourself. This company owns its work...definitely the best.

Great customer service. They came out to our work office quickly when we called and took care of the problem efficiently. He even cleaned up the work area. Very impressed.

I very very rarely post negative things, but I don’t recommend anyone use Diamond Plumbing in Ada. I had a leak during the freeze in January 2018. They came out, repaired and installed hydrant I had, $600. Very grateful to get my water back on. But the leak was back in a few days, same place. I called them back. They came out and said it was the hydrant I provided. Skeptical, so we discussed removing the hydrant and capping it so I could get a new hydrant later and put it on. I was told it would be a minimal charge to do so. I noticed when I got home that the T had been cut out of the pipeline (not capped). I saw no bill. So I figured it must have been a problem with the first repair and no charge, great. Now they say I owe them another $250 (their version of a minimal charge). That’s a large charge in my world for a job we did not agree to. Digging is no fun, but it was in the same spot (no hunting for the line and soft ground 2ft deep) and to unscrew a hydrant and replace with a cap should take and expert about a half hour. WOW I love honest people. I will pay them, but how do you do that to people?

This company has done four jobs for us over the past couple years, two small/medium and two major, they display great integrity and honesty, we feel at ease knowing we’re getting top notch service at a fair price. Scott Pardue
