Riddle Services & Restoration - Perrysburg, OH

My company is a vendor and has been for years. Recently, in February. We provided flooring products for Riddle Services and have not been paid although repeated attempts have been made to communicate with the owner. As of today my company still has not been paid and no communication from the owner as to why. We only supply material and there was no defect. Please be aware that if a vendor is not paid it could result in a lien against your property. This is an unfortunate consequence of your contractor not paying his supplier.

Very disappointing experience. We had them do some very minor work for us, and while work itself seemed to be okay, the cleanup was virtually non existent, and the area was left a mess. Extra supplies, and old items were not cleaned up. Also, we were given a price range estimate, and told it would not exceed the maximum, and billed amount was OVER the high end quote - with no explanation. Called several times, and could not get a call back.

Beware! We contracted with this company for a small backyard project in April 2018. A grill enclosure with pergola. As of May 2019, it is still unfinished. Extremely poor craftsmanship and poor communication from contractor. The materials listed (and paid for) were not used. It looks terrible! Permits were not pulled for electrical work. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Timely, thoughtful, and thorough service. Highly recommend!
