Had an issue with our septic. Came on the day they said they would. Even though he was very busy, he did not rush the job. Very knowledgeable, and gave me some great advice since I have never had septic before. Great company, reasonable rates, even installed a riser to make the next visit easier. I would highly recommend.
I’ve been waiting over two months to get my tank fixed. Norris says they’re having trouble locating my old tank. Instead of finishing my job, they’ve pushed mine to the side to take on other jobs. That’s no way to conduct business. If they couldn’t do my job I wish they had told me so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
