I called Aaron Andrews for an emergency tank issue. They responded immediately the next morning and Lou was very informative. For the first time in the 15 years of living here he is the first one who completely educated me on the septic process. I laid have a second issue that they immediately took care of later that same day. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but their knowledge, friendliness and options for the future were very appreciated. Use Aaron Andrews because they are a complete septic service and quick to respond and fix.

I was looking to purchase a home with a septic system and called Aaron Andrews to inspect the unit. They were very responsive, came out on a Saturday, and were on time. It turned out the septic unit on the property was a complete failure, so the service call ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Aaron Andrews took pictures, explained what they were seeing to me, and had a report to me the same day.
Never use this company for troubleshooting issues. Tried to sell me a whole control panel for 1100 dollars. Charged me almost 200 dollars just to tell me to replace everything. Problem was with one float switch fixed for less than what they charged to do nothing.
For the most part, they have been timely and professional. I have used them for my 18 month pumps and for repairs on a few different occasions.There was a point a while back when I tried to call and no one got back to me, but generally speaking, their service is timely, professional, and they have always gotten my problem taken care of the first time. I will definitely use them again.
