If i could give this company and Martinez a no star, i would. Bought a house having the previous owners fix aerator and drain tank before i moved in but failed to do so. Moved in my house and found it not working and for that matter it was unplugged and shut off at the breaker. So i call since it was a new motor and under warranty. For starters this place couldnt even get my name right. should have threw up the red flag then and there. my name isnt David either hah... Terrible terrible terrible. Moving on... I recieved a phone call that i didnt recognize. So i dont answer. Nothing unusual, if it is important they will leave a msg. The person by the name of jason leaves me a message saying he needs to look at my aerator. Mind you, i wasnt expecting or was given a date or time. So the Tech comes to my house unwelcome and to jump my fence to get in my backyard. I did not schedule any time or date for there service. And for them to come out for the 5th time with nothing done and no answers. One tech said he was new and didnt know anything about the aerators? I brought to Martinez that its not ok for anyone to trespass on your or my property of that matter. She did not agree and began to say that it is ok and right for anyone to come into your backyard. If you dont mind someone trespassing without your permission and doing shady buisness. This is the right place for you. I will gladly take my buisness else where and thank you for making my choice much easier. Honestly id rather youtube and trouble shoot myself then call and waste my time with littles septic.
