Excellent experience and work! I needed the fire ring replaced in our outdoor fire pit. The owner came out, gave us a completely reasonable quote, then came back to do top notch work. Wasn’t hard, but they took the time to get all the details right. Very professional experience. I’d completely recommend Richco to others based on my experience. ???? Had a toilet leaking and called to get some help. After a very easy phone call the appointment was made for the next day (more from my schedule than theirs) and the gentleman showed up and did a great job. Super easy to make payments after the services were rendered. I also appreciated the email verifying who was going to be coming to help me out with a photo! Would recommend to anyone to use Richco!

We had water damage in our condo, from exploding pipe to a slab leak. Richco came immediately - was able to explain everything that needed to be done. They gave us a time table and kept to it. The "customer service" was/is outstanding.
