Downs Drain Cleaning And Septic System Service

I asked them to come out last week Tuesday to check on my septic system. They said they would come back tomorrow to finish the job. Didn’t show up or called to explain why. I called and they said we’ll come out tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came. It’s been over a week and still no results. I’m still waiting.

Randy and his crew have always been very responsive. Glad to do business with this locally owned, family business. I recommend them every chance I get. Thanks, guys!

Stand up company! They get the job done quickly and efficiently, and are willing to answer any and all questions. There was a huge issue with the house I was closing on and they were there the next day to fix it so we could close on time. They also waited patiently for payment while details were worked out in closing.

Very prompt, very nice, cleaned up after themselves, and very reasonable. Just wished that they could have come on Saturday rather than having to wait until Monday morning.

You don't over charge, the guys that come out, are some of the nicest people I have worked with!! I though that way about them when they helped me get my system up to code. After yesterday I have nothing but good things to say about your company and the people that work there!! Even the lady that answers the phone she is kind when she assures the phone. She explains things if she can't get one of the guys, takes your name and number WITH OUT an attitude, and has them guys call back in a very timely manner.
