I never did business with jl kilby, however i have read his responses to reviews of the company. Im very impressed. Seem like a good and trustworthy company. If i ever need there service they would be the first company i would call.

Horrible experience! Three days to replace a water line. I lost three days at my job waiting for them to fix the problem. Said they would start the job on Wednesday at 12:30. Did not show up till 12:30 on Thursday! Twice as much as the estimate.
