He was out today to do some simple pipe replacement that had corroded due to brackets. instead, he caused a flood in my basement bedroom. He didn't take time to figure out that he was cutting the outside water line and didn't turn it off. Once the water started pouring into our house, he went outside to try to turn off the water, but couldn't do it. Instead of calling the water department, he took the time to make a phone call, tell me it wasn't his fault and that we should call the water department. The basement continued to flood and he had no interest in trying to make it stop. He stood around and told us that it was our fault he couldn't get the line off from the front yard, and that we personally needed to call the water department while he was busy taking phone calls for other jobs he was getting ready to go to. Do not hire this man. He is belligerent and has no clue what he's doing. He didn't bring drop cloths, trash bags or a bucket with him to fix the pipes in my ceiling. When he was confronted about the water pouring out of the ceiling, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and told us, "I'm done, I'm out of here!" leaving the water main to continue to flood my basement bedroom.
