We were heading into the hottest 3 days ever in July, and of course my "contactor' gave out! I called Perrysburg Plumbing and they were out the next day (while we were still only in the 80's-90's). They had me up and running within about 30 minutes. They had the appropriate part on the truck, and the technician even gave my unit a power washing. I was so thankful to be able to ride out those next few record-breaking days in comfort.

Todd was prompt, professional, and thorough on both visits. He needed to order a part so had to return to complete the repair. He was able to identify cause of a hard-to-find leak and repair it. Shirley in office called with reminder of scheduled appt. Would recommend using Pburg Plumbing.

Our furnace went out during the recent polar vortex. Charlie was great in coming out several times and brought us electric heaters as we had to wait a few days for a part to come. He kept us informed and made sure we were not forgotten. We really appreciate all of his time especially during a very busy time for him!

Never will I recommend this company to anyone.They caused more damage by having one of their employees "fix" our shower valve. We now have damage to our ceiling because of their screw up. This was on Saturday we called today to have them come out and have the nerve to tell us they can't come out until Thursday!

Charlie was very professional and addressed our needs from a home inspection. We love this company!
