This was the second time hiring Piqua Plumbing. The first time, Mr. John installed my kitchen sink and new faucet. He did such an amazing job. When I was looking for someone to install a new toilet and fixed my shower valve, I called him again. He surly did not disappoint! He is so amazing to work with. His communication is ideal. He is beyond knowledgeable. His work is impeccable. His prices are very reasonable. I will be hiring him for all my plumbing needs.

He was excellent. He was prompt, he quickly identified the problem that average people wouldn't see. He even took his time to educate me on certain things that could cause reoccurring issues. Nice guy, and fairly priced. He went above and beyond to not just quickly fix the issue...but to prevent it from ever happening again...would highly recommend.
Said they would be there in about 2 1/2 hours and NEVER SHOWED UP. Not a call or anything. Cost me another day of work!!
