Troy Plumbing Heating & AC

Have used them in the past and was very happy with service. Called July 1st in regards to a leaky water valve, that they had replaced previously. Also asked for a quote whenever someone came out to replace tub/shower with a walk in. Woman said they were busy in regards to replacing shower unit. I said no problem but would like to have dripping valve repaired ASAP due to water bill usage. Called back today for 3rd time and talked to a gentleman who had no idea about the situation but said lady would call me back after her lunch to schedule something?? If your company is too busy perhaps a courtesy call to customer explaining it could be months out? Meanwhile the water meter is cranking. Will no longer do business with them.

Coming from a family plumbing business and a project engineer in the construction field my pet peeve is companies who tell you they’ll be there soon but are “too busy” and make you wait all day onto the next. Treating certain customers differently than others. A day project turns into 3. I’d recommend mr rooter over these guys and that is pretty low.
