I was very pleased with the service Tri County Provided. Unfortunately after setting my appointment for a bathtub drain to be cleaned my furnace broke. The HVAC guys were at my house when the plumber came. They had shut the water off. Nate from Tri County was very understanding and a pleasure to work with. He cleared the drain and even pulled water off of the water heater to run tests on the drain. He was very informative and he took that extra step to assure the clog in the line was gone. Tri County Plumbing in New Carlisle is now my go to for any plumbing needs we have.
Highly recommend! Very professional and did an awesome job on the sink. We had a leak, had to shut off the water to the whole house. They fit us in that day!!!
Water heater temperature controller went out, called Tri county plumbing in New Carlisle and they had someone out the same day and got me running with hot water again. Nate was very professional and was very helpful .thank you .
