Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Brett came over and worked through our drain clog issue. He was very thorough clean, and best of all, extremely professional. There was no pressure for additional services, though he did share with me some recommendations.

My husband and I needed a plumber in a pinch and after contacting several plumbers late in the evening, Roto Rooter came to our rescue. What started off as a routine clean out in the main sewer line soon became a nightmare. After meeting with the Operations Manager, the following day, he forwarded everything over to the owner of the company, John. My husband and I could not have asked for a more personable person. And after conveying our situation to John, he listened and helped us work towards resolution. My husband and I are happy with the end result and would most definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and professional. They did not arrive within scheduled time frame but the work being done must make this very difficult to predict. It seemed a bit expensive but they charge the same whether weekend or weekday or holidays. Still, I was very happy with the work done and satisfied overall.
