The service is outstanding. They have done quite a bit of work in my house and I have always been happy with the quality of the work and the fact that their techs are well trained and friendly. They never talk down to me and they take the time to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it right the first time. I called them today for a new shut off valve and Phil and Mark came out quickly and fixed the problem.
So thankful for Reeves! Called and they sent Phil. He showed up within the hour! Amazing! It was a 90 degree day and we thought the air con was emitting a bad chemical smell and was on the verge of breaking. Phil thoroughly looked through are whole house for what it could be; after checking the AC, which was fine. He was super friendly, respectful and helpful. And Reeves’ prices are very responsible. So glad I found them! We will be using them from now on!
Very kind and understanding of what I described for the project details. They love their work and don't price gouge. They are my first pick for any project. Cody Shepard has done great work so far on my plumbing!
Reeves, and technician Jim, are fantastic! Finally a company that isn't just out to take your money. Just purchased a home and of course our AC unit didn't want to work properly. Called Reeves after reading some reviews and I was initially impressed by the same-day service even though I didn't have an emergency issue. Jim came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively, and was super helpful along the way. Jim even explained what type of refrigerant our unit takes, how the unit works and why it might be low, and other information. I also have a gas dryer hookup now, which is new to me, so he took five extra minutes to come downstairs and make sure the gas connection was not leaking to give me a little more peace of mind. I hope we don't have major issues in the future, but if we need anything I know for sure who we're calling!
Mark came out to service my furnace. It's in a crawl space under the house, and the only access is through an outside window. He was a real trooper going in there and working (sorry, dude!). He found it comical, so that made me feel better about making him crawl into the abyss. He had to reconnect a loose wire so the furnace would kick on, but didn't charge me extra. He was very friendly and also offered to come back at some point to figure out if we can put a new furnace in the house in the future (God, I hope so). I recommend this company.
