Macy not only misdiagnosed the problem we were having, but his "repair" made the situation worse. $400 later, our bathroom is constantly filled with a sickening sewer gas smell - significantly worse than before he replaced the toilet seal. He refuses to come back to assess the situation, and didn't return our calls for over a week. Meanwhile, another plumbing company came and gave us a solution to one of the problems we initially called Macy for - such a quick fix that they did not even charge us for it because SOME plumbers are honest, decent people.
