H. Jack’s Plumbing and Heating Cleveland

Our experience with H. Jack's Plumbing was Awesome!!! They did a great job fixing my mother's sink. They even installed a new faucet. Yes, I will recommend them to anyone. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a very neat job. Thanks H. Jack's Plumbing.

Josh and Chris did a wonderful job installing our new bathtub and surround. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! H. Jacks wasn’t the cheapest quote we received but their work speaks for itself. Thank you again!

They are not the cheapest, but they are professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They got my job done very quickly. I called numerous plumbers...most didn't return calls or didn't show up for the estimate. They presented an estimate for a large job and were there the next week for 2 days to complete it. They had no problem with me lingering around while they worked, and answered any questions i had. They sent 4 guys to make sure it was done on time. All 4 guys were a pleasure to be around and each had a specialty, which enabled the work to be done quickly and correctly!! Thanks guys!!

Wow... we had the most amazing experience with this company. After a calling around to several other competitors who didn't really seem to be professional on the phone, we were so relieved to speak to Greg who blew them all out of the water with his excellence in service. He truly listened to our needs and showed enthusiasm in helping us with the emergency. We didn't think we'd have the issue fixed so soon, as we are out of state landlords and the job required scheduling with tenants and a property manager. Greg made it happen and followed up with all the updates and even emailed us to make sure we were clear on all the plans. He was incredibly efficient and helpful and a pleasure to work with. We'll only do business with this company thanks to him and his passion for the company.

They responded quickly when our furnace went out on One of coldest days in January. We had heat that day. Went over everything after work completed. We liked John who took his time with us. This was a total replacement job. Rest of the guys that came out later to help were great Also.
