We hired them to remove and replace a hot water heater 1st time they came out over a hour late 2nd time JD said they would be here at 10am didn't show up till 12:30 then had the balls to say we Should have called them to let them know my wife wouldn't be there where was the call saying They was going to be 2 hrs late You might ask they didn't have the respect to do that they are a over priced joke dont recommend to anyone

These guys are the best. An they gave me the best deal on my Hot Water Heater. Look em up JD an Aaron

Aaron Hatton who works for JD hunter plumbing is a total rip off and scam artist. I Was referred to them by home advisor the came to my home and before the job was even finished Aaron Hatton Had me write the check out to him personally instead of the business itself. They said that they would be back the next day they didn't show up. When they did show up they were here for less than a 1/2 an hour Aaron Hatton told me that he left the keys to his tool Box at his house for the truck that he was driving in they did not come back. When I called they said that they had to finish a job that they have there Snake stuck in somebody's drainpipe and it had broken off. Then when they finally came out it was after I told them that they better get out the here today because I had already given them their money. When they came out they walked in my home never spoke said they cleaned out the drain and then laughed. Guess what I wake up this morning and my sink is clogged again. I wish I would have read their reviews before I ever hired them they did not finish the job they left a horrible mass and when I contacted them today and told them I wanted my money back they gave me a whole other story that was completely different from what they had said in the beginning. Then when the guys came out today to actually fix my drain from another company told me that last week they had to go to these people's home and fish out a snake that had been stuck in the drain pipe because the last plumbers broke it and then left it there. I truly wonder if the man who owns JD hunter plumbingJames Hunter knows that Aaron Hatton and his associates are running his business into the ground with their horrible service!!!!! By the way it doesn't count when you and your family put in favorable reviews it does not discount the horrible reviews that are already on here Aaron

These people just went to my friends house last night 4/29/19 and was just supposed to give an estimate but jumped the gun and tore apart her hot water tank. She told them to stop and leave and they banged on her door ringing the doorbell repeatedly till she had to call the police!!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! They are a bunch of bullies and thugs!!!! Everyone needs to contact the better business bureau if you've had a bad experience with them and I'm reading a lit of bad experiences on here!!!

They are the WORST!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is not a real plumbing company. They charged me $200 to clean my main drain and they did NOT do anything! They never cleared anything! They came 3 times to supposedly clear it and nothing was done. The 1st time we thought it was clear so they left and when my husband went to put the toilet back water was still rising. So I called and they came again. The 2nd time they also attempted to clean it then they said they were missing an equipment and would come back in 45mins. 45 mins-1hr passed and they did not return. When I tried to call no one answered but I received a text they were not coming. I requested a refund and they denied stating they would come again. They apparently came a 3rd time when no one was home!! Still drain was not cleared. I have various texts from Aaron stating he was going to refund it and they were sending a check. 2 weeks later and still no refund. They also tried to blame and state my home had bad plumbing but only a good plumbing company would not make any excuses and complete the job!! Look for a plumbing company who actually cares about customers do not waste your time with these people. I will be posting this on every website so everyone who is looking for a plumber does not hire them!
