Chris, Just a quick note to express our utter delight with your prompt and professional service by service professionals. We called at 9:00 AM. Quickly scheduled an appointment - that was at our earliest convenience. Aaron & Caleb arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and quickly remedied the issue. They were smartly dressed in uniforms and made introductions. They arrived with shoe covers and proceeded immediately. They had professional tools and were well-trained. They cleaned up the little mess that was created from drain cleaning. Their attention to customer service was awesome!! We couldn’t be more pleased!! What a great experience with two great technicians! I knew nothing about septic systems, the guys took the time to show and explain the process to me. I'm sorry I didn't call Dooley's to put my system in, I can promise nobody except them will ever touch it again! Thanks for the great service!

Called in morning... had clean drains that afternoon. The young men that showed up got promptly to work and had two drains running better than the drains ever had. They also pointed out an issue I had and was not aware of... which I fixed myself after they left. Will definitely be calling them again the next time I need clear running drains.

Dooley’s came out today to pump my tank. I received a phone call from Chris in the office prior to the guys coming out, he was more than courteous. The guys that came out were very professional and very thorough… checked all aspects of the system including the filter baffle and the drywell. I was impressed with getting all of the details of the job right to my email as soon as they left! I also love the fact that they honor our veterans and first responders! Dooley Septic Pro is awesome! They worked through a day full of hard rain & strong winds & cold temperatures to get our broken water line replaced a week ago. They could have waited for better weather forecast for the succeeding two days, but didn't want us to be without water that long. We live on a slab home with a horrible drainage issue in our yard, which made it extremely difficult to determine where the water line burst. With Jeff's years of experience he was able to correctly pinpoint the area where the break was right away. The old line was then detached and pulled out followed with the new line pulled behind. It was an amazing sight and was done very quickly. It was great that they were so careful to not disturb more of the yard than necessary, because even with the small areas to be backfilled they had to have their septic truck come and suction the sites twice due to the massive rainfall & the drainage issue in our yard. They were patient, never complaining and took the time to keep us informed. Super friendly, skilled and always thinking about making it better for the customer!!! We’ve also used them to clean roots from our main drain several times over the years and they were significantly superior to the more well-publicized company, which we tried before Dooley. Recommend Dooley Septic Pro highly!
