Apparently, they are too busy for your business unless they can sell you a new system. They don't call(or email) to update your situation, they lie about parts being unavailable, and they come across as not caring about their customers. Three weeks after contacting them with 0 effort to repair the problem = enough for me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely fabulous!!! My elderly mother at home when her pipes froze. Even though they were soooooooo backed up with repairs they made time to help her. So very grateful. I would suggest them to everyone and will.
