Morris Drain Service, LLC

Very rude individual came to service our unit. We were given a time frame of 2 hours with a call 30 minutes before arrival. He called us at 8:07am and I arrived 8:27am. I find nobody on site and I call the individual asking where he was? His response was “I have other jobs to do, I don’t have all day to wait here”. I arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call with 10 minutes to spare and the individual did not turn around and come back. Very rude and unprofessional will never consider calling again.

Tim was very professional and got the job done! Very fair rates and we'll definitely use them again should the need arise.

They lied and never pumped the solids tank but charged me for it three times then the owners brother shows up talking like he is tuff lol

I have used Morriss drain for years. They have always been here the same day I called and even came after hours for emergencies. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing is always very fair and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have used Morris drain in the past and they resolved my issues. Currently having issues and wanted to hire them again but whoever the person was that answered the phone was not professional nor personable...I am not a plumber and he/she(could not tell the difference) acted as if my questions were asinine...Good service but poor customer relations service. Will take my business elsewhere
