Excellent customer service, plumbers and heat/ac service tech very knowledgeable and friendly.

Professional, friendly and experienced technicians! I love this company! They installed a new main water line for us last year and they've worked on our water heater and furnace over the years. This morning, I ran into the tech that just fixed my furnace (Ted) and he stopped to ask how everything was going. He didn't have to stop on his own time but he did. I have and will continue to recommend Houser and Brinnon!

We were treated like we mattered from the phone call calling in for a plumber to the timely response and quick job replacing our water heater. Great job!!

Had given them a call because our main drain line was backing up. The lady who answered the phone was super nice, took my info and said she would put a work ticket in. I explained that we could not use our restroom, so I figured this would be considered an emergency. She informed me her techs come in and out to grab work tickets and such and they would call me from their cell phone. I waited several hours and no return call. Called back and explained, again, that we can not use our bathroom- was told no techs had been in for work tickets.... so needless to say, they seemed to not want our business. I know she could have gotten ahold of a tech if she wanted/needed to. I have worked in the service field before and I had all of my techs numbers to reach them if needed. Poor customer service in my opinion.
