Nathan, the owner was fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable and personable. Was very patient as my wife and I asked him a bunch of questions, a very nice, down to earth man. Will only do business with him and his company going forward. A+++

He provided great service last year when I needed hydro-jetting services to flush our exterior footers. He's a nice guy that even returned to repeat the service since the same thing occurred a month later. This year, he's been unresponsive to SMS messages and voice mail. We're disappointed and will have to find an alternative that can provide this service.

Dose not work at all do not waste your money

We have been working with the Drain Dr. for many years and have referred many family members and friends to them. Everyone was more than pleased with the pricing, the work and the professionalism. We're moving to a new home and are so grateful that we have Nathan to do the initial work since we know he'll be our go to as long as we live there. If you want someone that won't sell you "stuff" go here. When we first started we had another company came in, the price was pretty high for what we needed done. Nathan came in and said we didn't need half the stuff we had been quoted. He did the work for much less and it was still working when we moved out.
