Fantastic turn around for a meter vault repair to pass county inspection to close a sale. We work with 3 other plumbers in the dayton region on a regular basis, heeter was the only reasonable contractor and there the next day. I would advise any potential customers to disregard Cathy Dulls review after leaving only negative reviews.

Don’t use! Called for someone to “diagnose” my water heater because it wouldn’t stay lit. The guy comes out to replace my water heater without even looking at it because they don’t work on anything other than 1 specific brand. At no time did anyone give me a price to replace or even talk about replacing it. So the tech left. A week later I get a $60 bill for nothing Total scams! Tried to get them to reverse the charge and they won’t.
