I wasnt home when he showed up, but my GF was and said the owner was very nice and professional. I had a clogged drain due to a foreign object in my drain. He got my drain unclogged in less then 30 min. Before contacting Brookville Sewer & Drain, I contacted Roto-Rooter; huge mistake. Will do business with Brookville Sewer & Drain, again.

I had a backed up sewer line in my house. I tried to take care of it myself, however could not get the 100 t snake more than 2 feet into the drain, most likely stopped by the trap. I fought it for about 45 min before giving up and returning it to Home Depot Rental. I called Brookville Sewer and Drain around 7:30 pm. He said he would be there in an hour. 45 min later he was walking up to my door. What I didn't know is that the whole time the clog had somehow broke free and I was no longer having any issues. When he started running water and checking everything out, there was no clog. He spent the next 20 min or more making sure everything ran freely and educating me on my drains, what to do and not do and what to do if it clogs again. After all of that he did not charge me. I tried to pay him something for his time, but he refused. Also, as he was leaving he went out to his van to get my dog a treat. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable and takes time to educate you. And he has answered his phone every time I have called!
