Extremely knowledgeable and expierienced. Doug is great to deal with and very easy going. He knows his business in and out. We've used their services several times. Completely exceeded our expectations on each occasion! From reaming out tree roots from pipes that were completely clogged & could no longer drain to digging trenches in the yard to lay pipe to tie us into city water system. They do it ALL! We couldn't be happier with them. Thank you!

so far the worst company we have ever dealt with! We have a contract with Romo since February to get a new septic installed in our clients home after a new purchase, it was due to be installed this month and nobody has heard from them at all! the "owner" Doug refuses to return our calls on a daily basis and now our clients have an old septic, our loan is in jeopardy, there will likely be a lawsuit coming forward if it costs our company money as well as the clients.

terrible customer service, driver dropped the "F" bomb constantly. They scheduled me for a 9:30 app. but never showed. I finally got a hold of someone (after several calls) and the tech said 'my boss messed up my schedule, i'm unloading now'. This was now 10:30, he said he would be at my house at 11. He wasn't sure exactly where i lived (guess they haven't heard of GPS yet) so i told him i would wait at the end of my driveway. No show by 11:45, i called the main number and they said they would call the driver and see where he was at. Driver called me back immediately, "did you call my boss".....YES I DID! I stood at the end of my driveway for over an hour waiting. So now they are 2.5 hours late, i ask for a $50 discount for my time ...."that aint gonna happen" i was told. I told him that i had to waist my whole morning and that my time has value too, again reminded him that he was suppose to be here at 9:30, "stuff happens" (using different words) he said, i agreed but reminded him that he could have called me and told me he was going to be late. I sent them away without getting my tanked pumped. Too many others out there doing the same thing for the same price. Romo can be the POOP GODS but they are not getting any of money to do it!
