Never in my life did I imagine that having to pay a company to fix a leak would be a good experience. Shoe with Rooter Works proved me completely wrong. From the moment he walked in the door he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities to identify and fix the leak. Shoe walked us through everything he was doing and explained it all to us. We ended up having to take a huge chunk of drywall out of our new home which again, made me feel overly anxious as I knew the repairs were not done when he left. Shoe made my family and I so confident in his absolutists that we agreed to pay his company on the spot to correct the issue. Shoe went WAY above and beyond the call of duty by not just fixing my leak, but also helped me measure out the replacement drywall AND educated me on everything I needed to buy to make it look like new. I can’t even begin to recommend Shoe and Rooter Works enough to anyone who needs plumbing services. Shoe earned a lifelong customer today. Many people take out the human component of doing business. Not Shoe, he made a comment to me about how they’re are a lot of plumbers out there. He himself was in the customer business who just happened to doing plumbing. If this company all operates this same way I can assure you they’re setup for long term success. Thank you Shoe and Rooter Works for making a nightmare situation into one were I felt like I had my own family over helping me out.

I never thought I would say having our water heater replaced would be a great experience, but these guys made sure it was a painless process for us. First and foremost they serviced our area, which is an hour outside of Columbus. They were great at communicating every step of the process with us. Jarrod, our technician was top notch. He had our old heater ripped out and our new one installed in a flash! He even kept the box and the tube insulators for our boys to play with. Matt came out on a Sunday afternoon and again the following Monday and took great care of us. He was a great teacher and answered all of my (likely silly) first time homeowner questions. Can't wait for our next leaky pipe (I can, but will call again)!

I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers, but this company was great. They got a technician out to me very quickly, he did the work well and was very courteous, and the price was very reasonable, especially in comparison to the price gouging I have experienced with other companies. I highly recommend Rooter Works!

I called Rooter Works because I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. Jerrod came out to take a look and tightened things up saying that nothing needed replaced. He then asked if I wanted him to take a look around the house to see how the plumbing was functioning in general. We found problems with the toilets and the sump pump. Jerrod was GREAT and showing me the problems and explaining why it is important that we fix them. He was able to give me an accurate quote, set me up with a payment plan, and came back a few days later to do the work. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot recommend his services more!
