Whoever the women answering the phone is, is so rude!!!! Each time we talked to her she couldn’t have been more rude and condicending...we needed to cancel our appointment with them and the response I got was “....why?!?” It doesn’t really matter why we needed to reschedule!! They may be great at what they do, but the front lines really need work!! I’m an adult I won’t be talked to like a child!
They've always been a great job for us but they don't always hope to the scheduled appointment.

Day 2 thay were scheduled for yesterday didn't show up. Called them said thay were running behind and would be here today so I wasted a second day's vacation. It's now 3 o clock and still a no show or a call.
