Jeff S and Russ were absolutely fantastic. They solved a very difficult plumbing problem at a fair price. They both were very talented, polite and very professional and creative. Sharon of the Approved Plumbing staff managed to respond to my request and arranged to provide Jeff and Russ in an extremely prompt and efficient manner. If all organizations would perform as Approved Plumbing did, it would be a wonderful world. I would highly recommend them.

Russ wss pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. I felt very comfortable with him, confident in his work, and appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to quality. John assisted Russ and also was very courteous, knowledgeable and capable. It's clear that both men have a lot of experience and I trusted their advice. They were also very patient with my questions. Everyone at Approved Plumbing impressed me Jeff was honest about the best course for me to take with a malfunctioning dishwasher and gave me the name of a great appliance repair man. That's why I called Approved back when I knew I needed a plumber for a different job. Sharon was so friendly every time I talked with her, and her follow-up was excellent.

Carl came out for the estimate and Jeff came a few days later to do the work. Jeff was extremely meticulous and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had during the process. I had a shower fixture changed in a tile wall which required him to cut an access hole in the hallway. I also requested recaulking around the bathtub which he did. Jeff and his helper left upon completion and everything was neat and clean and I am thrilled to have a lever now instead of a pull out handle to turn on the water. A little pricier than I expected but the level of professionalism by both the office and the plumber will make me a lifetime customer.

Luke and Russ were very professional and productive, located the problem and fixed it quickly! They were also friendly and helpful, giving me suggestions for avoiding this situation in the future. Office staff was very helpful and accommodating, getting the guys out here as soon as possible. We have been happy customers for years, and will continue with this company as needed!

Very professional company. Received an email prior to service with a picture of Carl who would be doing our work. Also a call the morning of the appointment saying they would be coming at the time scheduled. After evaluating our needs, Carl gave a quote for the service. When we agreed he and his partner began working and finished in a timely manner. I will call Approved Plumbing if I have any other plumbing needs.
